High Volume Business Onsite HR Consultant

Your Duties as an Inhouse HR Consultant (Full-time):

Employee Relations Management:

  • Recruitment and selection of candidates.
  • Management of contracts, certifications, and personnel documentation.
  • Facilitating feedback discussions with team members.
  • Strategic personnel planning and management.
  • Processing vacation requests and sick leave notifications.
  • Conducting disciplinary actions and termination discussions.
  • Preparing payroll and compensation reports.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Providing support to a major client at their location.
  • Collaborating on workforce planning profiles in specialized skill areas.
  • Conducting workplace assessments and documentation.
Your Qualifications as an Onsite HR Consultant:
  • Educational Qualifications: Completed vocational training or a university degree.
  • Professional Experience: Ideally in HR, recruitment, or sales, but we are open to candidates from other fields.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident and persuasive with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer Focus: High level of service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
