• Independently conduct psychosocial counseling and evaluations for participants
• Provide professional crisis intervention, facilitation, and reflective practices
• Facilitate group dynamics and design social skills training sessions
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Administer psychological assessments to evaluate performance
• Document and report on the progress of participants' development

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with mental health issues and diverse groups
• Expertise in individual counseling and vocational assessment
• Proficient in standard software applications and MS Office Suite
