AIT Engineer

Join our AIT team at HE Space, where you will be entrusted with a variety of essential responsibilities:
- Development and execution of functional assessments within satellite AIT programs;
- Assistance in the review and formulation of testing specifications;
- Contribution to the definition, creation, development, and implementation of testing protocols;
- Involvement in electrical integration activities;
- Preparation and evaluation of test data, along with assessments for stakeholders;
- Documentation of testing outcomes and compilation of test reports;
- Support for the operation of satellite systems and instruments;
- Assistance in analyzing satellite configurations and their corresponding documentation;
- Support in troubleshooting and error analysis (NCR investigations).
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- 1-2 years of professional experience in functional satellite AIT is essential;
- Familiarity with TM/TC (PUS) of satellites/instruments is advantageous;
- Understanding of ECSS standards and proficiency in Unix/Linux systems is expected;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, with at least business-level fluency in German.
