About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their success on our cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers to ensure their AWS environments remain operationally healthy and cost-effective.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Consult with customers and partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Cloud Engineer.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Programming or scripting skills with a combination of Java, Python, or C#.
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or DevOps Engineer in a cloud environment.
