About the Team:

You will be integrated into an engineering team that operates in an international context, primarily utilizing Agile methodologies.

Your Responsibilities:

Position Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud International Trade Intern (f/m/d) – Java Development for SAP Cloud Platform Application
Work Area: Software Design and Development

In this role, you will:


• As a leader in enterprise application software, SAP assists organizations of all sizes in optimizing their operations. The S/4HANA Public Cloud Compliance, Risk, and Tax (CRT) sector embodies SAP's commitment to simplification by delivering Intelligent Enterprise Suite software in the cloud. The development of new Public Cloud applications is crucial to this mission.

• To enhance and streamline processes for our clients, we are creating a new International Trade solution for the Public Cloud.

• As an intern within an engineering scrum team, you will play a direct role in the development of this Public Cloud solution. Depending on your skills and interests, you will contribute to various aspects of the product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and delivery.

• You will also have the chance to acquire relevant business domain knowledge.

Who You Are:

You are a university student (f/m/d) or attending a university of applied sciences. We seek individuals who are proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. You enjoy engaging in meaningful projects and are motivated by continuous learning.

• Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences

• Preferred fields of study: Information Science

• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS

• Language proficiency: fluent in German and English

• Soft skills: Team-oriented and enthusiastic about learning new concepts.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any earned academic degrees, and references from previous employers (including internships). Please also outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and programming languages.
