Your Role as a Technical Writer

We are seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Working Student in Technical Writing. You will play a vital role in supporting the success of our Public Cloud ERP team by creating user assistance for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

  • Create and Refine User Documentation: Develop clear, concise, and accurate user assistance materials for SAP S/4HANA Cloud in English.
  • Design Engaging Visuals: Utilize PowerPoint to create interactive graphics that enhance user understanding.
  • Develop Quick Demos: Produce short, informative demonstrations of key features within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Maintain Online Resources: Update and maintain relevant Wiki pages to ensure users have access to the latest information.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a program related to Technical Writing, Translation, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
