POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Hotel Success Management (all genders) to assist our Hotel Success Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Hotel Account Management team with ongoing projects
  • Offer phone (inbound calls) and written support to our hotel partners regarding optimal marketing strategies via HRS
  • Handle incoming correspondence in both German and English
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled student, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality
  • Enthusiasm for customer support in the online business/eCommerce sector
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable
  • Capable of working independently, reliably, and with a structured approach
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written
