Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and provide support for various information systems
  • Maintain and oversee IT hardware and software utilized within the organization
  • Collaborate closely with vendors under existing support agreements
  • Proactively monitor and manage data backup processes
  • Ensure the operational integrity and functionality of IT systems and applications
  • Independently execute and contribute to IT projects aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure
  • Develop and update IT processes to improve efficiency
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal staff regarding IT-related inquiries, including user training and system administration

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent IT training with substantial professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, IP-based network architecture, databases, Microsoft Active Directory, and IT security
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational abilities
  • Systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and high reliability
