Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and provide support for information systems
- Maintain and oversee IT hardware and software
- Collaborate with vendors based on existing support agreements
- Monitor and manage data backup processes proactively
- Ensure the operational integrity of IT systems and applications
- Lead and participate in IT projects aimed at optimizing infrastructure
- Develop and update IT processes
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff regarding IT issues, including user training and system administration
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent IT training with relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Office, IP-based networks, databases, and IT security
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a quick learning ability
- Systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- High reliability and commitment to quality
