Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter für unsere Abteilung Project Operations. Als Speditionskaufmann oder -frau werden Sie Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Abwicklung und Planung von umfassenden Logistikaufträgen konzentrieren.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Abwicklung von Logistikaufträgen nach Vorgaben und in Kooperation mit dem zuständigen Project Manager
  • Erstellen von Finanzierungsplänen für den Bereich Finance
  • Platzieren von Buchungen auf dem See-, Luft- und Landweg im Rahmen der LPL-Ratenverträge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Selbstständige Kommunikation mit Partnern und Sub-Unternehmern
  • Anfordern von Transportversicherungen
  • Projektplanung und Steuerung mittels LPconnect
  • Dokumentenerstellung in Cargosoft
  • Zuordnen, Registrieren und Erstellen von Rechnungen
  • Entgegennahme von Anfragen und Anforderungen vom Kunden zur weiteren Bearbeitung bzw. zur Weitergabe an den Bereich Tendermanagement
  • Nachverfolgung von erstellten und abgegebenen Angeboten bis zur Beendigung der Vertragserfüllung
  • Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Alternativlösungen gemäß kundenseitigen Anforderungen/ Änderungen
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsbereitschaft mit Agenten im Ausland
  • Operative Transportabwicklung im Import-/ Export
  • Durchführung von Verzollungen in den freien Verkehr (ATLAS) sowie Erstellen von Transitverzollungen (NCTS) via Cargosoft und/ oder Zolldeklaranten
  • Lieferantenmanagement
Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen
  • Speditionskaufmann/ -frau oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position und in der selbstständigen Durchführung von umfassenden und anspruchsvollen Logistikaufträgen
  • Technisches Basiswissen zu verschiedenen Transportmitteln im See- und Luftfrachtbereich
  • Zoll/ ATLAS/ NCTS via Cargosoft von Vorteil (kann durch Schulungen aufgebaut werden)
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Motiviert, engagiert, teamfähig
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office, Cargosoft, Internet)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen
