Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing LAB & CCS to join our team at Straumann Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Marketing CCS team, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement cross-media marketing campaigns and innovative sales-marketing concepts in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (MDR).
  • Manage the life cycle of existing portfolios, including product development and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement training and event concepts, working closely with the Education Academy and Events teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, speakers, and influencers among dentists and dental technicians for the Medentika and CCS areas.
  • Coordinate and implement cross-functional projects, such as the introduction of third-party products.
  • Manage distributors and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct continuous market analysis and competitor research.
  • Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of LAB & CCS and other team leaders within the Business Unit.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing and Digital Communication teams, as well as the Marketing departments of the Business Units Challenger Implants and Premium Implants, and other involved departments such as VID, Logistics, Education Academy, and Events.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in Med Tech marketing management, preferably as a product manager or marketing manager.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (verbal and written).
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Travel readiness.
  • Completed business or economics studies.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Sales- and marketing-oriented mindset.
