About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing LAB to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the medical technology industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German and English
