Exciting Career Opportunity in the Construction Sector

We are currently looking for a Cost Estimator (w/m/d) to contribute to our projects in the field of turnkey construction. In this role, you will be tasked with assessing production expenses, developing performance specifications, and sourcing competitive bids from suppliers and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects are thoroughly examined and clarified during the bidding process.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or relevant training in the construction sector.
  • Preferred experience in turnkey construction, especially in the areas of tendering and estimation.
  • Desirable background in finishing, structural construction, facades, and external installations.
  • A strong willingness to learn is essential if you lack prior estimation experience.
  • You possess a blend of technical knowledge and a business-oriented mindset, along with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in estimation and calculation software such as RIB iTWO is required.
