About DLT Finance:

DLT Finance is a pioneering fintech company, recognized for its innovative work in the Digital Assets sector. We are committed to security, efficiency, and professionalism, serving a diverse client base including Fintechs, Funds, Family Offices, and Neobanks.

We are seeking a dedicated and energized HR Manager who will take a hands-on approach to all Employee matters within DLT Finance.

This multifaceted role involves day-to-day People operations, enhancing efficiency in various processes, as well as building and developing company culture together with the management aligning it with its growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Data Management: Collect, organize, and govern all personal data, ensuring accurateness, order, and compliance.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee Relations & Team Development: Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment, engagement, and teamwork.
  • Government Agencies & Stakeholders: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders related to onboarding, offboarding, and various on-job events, managing documentation and certification, including payroll-related topics.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant employment regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A dedicated master's degree or HR certification is an asset. Proven track record in similar roles involving hands-on HR involvement. Understanding of Digital Assets or the particularities of the Fintech sector.
