Aufgaben

Als Senior Project Manager bei der noris network AG werden Sie verantwortlich für die technische Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen und Produkten auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene. Sie werden auch für die Integration der Services in die jeweiligen Betriebseinheiten verantwortlich sein. Darüber hinaus werden Sie das gesamte Auftrags- und Projektmanagement verantworten.

Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Verantwortung für große komplexe und herausfordernde IT-Infrastruktur Projekte und innovative Projekte im Umfeld von Datacenter & Cloud
  • Computing (z.B. Umzug/Aufbau eines Rechenzentrums, Aufbau komplexer Outsourcing Architekturen, Softwareentwicklungsprojekte)
  • Beschreibung und Spezifikation von Projekten nach Auftragseingang
  • Planung von Projekten u.a. Ressourcenplanung, Meilensteinplanung, Stakeholderanalysen und Projektstrukturpläne
  • Prozessorientierte Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten sowie Ansteuerung von leistungserbringenden Organisationen und proaktive Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Projektziele in Zeit, Qualität und Umfang
  • Kundenkommunikation im C-Level im Zuge der Projektabwicklung sowie Durchführung von Eskalationen
  • Durchführung von Risiko-, Zeit-, Kosten-, Zahlungs-, Claim- und Chancenmanagement
  • Durchführung von Projekten nach klassischen Methoden aber auch agilen Methoden u.a. Scrum
  • Umsetzung der Einsatzplanung, die Steuerung und fachliche Führung des Projektteams vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur Betriebsbereitschaft an das Service Management
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung teaminterner Aufgaben wie Prozessverbesserungen, Controlling und Mentoring
Qualifikation

Um als Senior Project Manager bei der noris network AG erfolgreich zu sein, benötigen Sie:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager von komplexen Projekten und Softwareprojekten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Teams als Projektmanager
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektleitungsmethoden und –standards
  • Zertifizierung im PMI-Standard sowie Zertifizierung als Scrum Master wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeit und Kreativität mit einem Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, Jira und MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
