German Customer Support Representative for Pandora

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Support Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of Pandora, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations
  • Provide promotion support and be knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers
  • Handle account and billing issues, order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on policy provided through training guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
Requirements
  • Excellent command of German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge and technical savviness
  • Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when required
  • Work experience in customer support is an advantage
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
