Your Role: IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our dynamic events and internal infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: You will be responsible for administering Microsoft solutions, including MS 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint. Your expertise will extend to installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of hardware, such as printers, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- User Support: Providing comprehensive support to our employees in both their in-house and remote environments is crucial. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Event IT Management: Your role will involve participating in events, setting up and managing IT systems and hardware to ensure successful event execution. This includes troubleshooting any technical challenges that may arise during events.
- Documentation & Procurement: Maintaining accurate documentation in Atlassian tools and MS SharePoint is essential for efficient knowledge management. You will also be responsible for handling hardware procurement and inventory management.
- Specialized Applications: You will provide support for specialized applications used in event management, ensuring their smooth operation and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong IT background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Completed IT administrator training or relevant work experience
- Ability to travel 3-5 times a year for 1-2 weeks each
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude
- Proficiency in German and English
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills
- Knowledge of server administration and internet protocols
- Experience in Mobile Device Management and VoIP
