Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Supermarkets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including meat, poultry, seafood, and other fresh food products.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing accurate product information.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and product displays to create an attractive and appealing store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the retail or food industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
