Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Sales Assistant in part-time for our location in Nuremberg. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a presentable store, assisting with sales and merchandising, and collaborating with the store manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Assist with sales and merchandising efforts, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in retail or customer service
  • Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Independence and initiative, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Keen interest in fashion and retail trends
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other retail software
