Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ALM/JAZZ Architect to enhance our Engineering applications through effective architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and sustain ALM/JAZZ architecture to optimize the performance of our Engineering applications.
  • Establish and maintain Cloud architectures in accordance with Continental's IT Enterprise Architecture and standards.
  • Evaluate and integrate the latest technologies and tools available in the market to support our Engineering Applications.
  • Create proof of concepts utilizing components from leading Cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and Business stakeholders through DevOps processes.
  • Assist in the deployment and version upgrades of Agile/CI Applications hosted in AWS environments.
  • Adhere to and implement Continental's R&D and IT processes.
  • Collaborate with a global team across various time zones and cultures.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience within an IT organization or a cloud-focused environment.
  • Proficient in the Continental Cloud Governance Framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of JAZZ and ELM environments.
  • Advanced expertise in AWS Cloud computing services.
  • Strong understanding of both cloud and on-premises technologies and services.
  • Active participation in the Continental Cloud Governance Framework.
  • Basic comprehension of Cloud service and deployment models.
  • Familiarity with SAFe and SCRUM methodologies, particularly as they relate to IT Enterprise Architecture.
  • Ability to interpret IT terminology and related documentation effectively.
  • Fluent in English with basic proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of aligning, organizing, and planning tasks in an Agile manner within a global team.
