Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internship in Communication and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling video material for internal communications and training purposes, utilizing Bosch's state-of-the-art AI tools.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and up-to-date communication across internal social media platforms, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Participate in the OCM team, coordinating with external consultants and contributing to the successful roll-out of projects across global facilities.
  • Assist in organizing training and managing internal communications for the Global Champion group, promoting smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Studies in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Culture, Business, Strategic Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable fields.
  • Competent handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, MS Power BI; experience with video software such as Adobe, Kaltura; previous experience working in a team or project, with communication or marketing projects being an advantage.
  • An independent, communicative person with a problem-solving mindset, passion for learning from mistakes, and creating video content.
  • Good command of German and fluency in English.
