Communication and Change Management Intern

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Communication and Change Management Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing compelling video content and ensuring clear, consistent, and up-to-date communication across internal social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project experts to create engaging video material for internal communications and training purposes.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to keep employees informed and aligned.
  • Participate in the OCM team, coordinating with external consultants and contributing to the successful rollout of projects across global facilities.
  • Support the organization of training and internal communications for the Global Champion group.
Requirements
  • Studies in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Culture, Business, Strategic Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable.
  • Competent handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with video software such as Adobe, Kaltura.
  • Previous experience working in a team or project, with communication or marketing project experience an advantage.
  • Independent, communicative person with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good in German and fluent in English.
