Aufgaben und Ziele
  • **Aufbau und Entwicklung des technischen Services**
  • **Identifikation geeigneter Kooperationspartner**
  • **Führung des internationalen Teams**
  • **Aufbau eines Kundentrainingsprogramms**
  • **Sicherstellung einer kennzahlengestützten Performance- und Profitabilitätssteigerung**
  • **Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Beschreibung des Leistungsangebots und Service-Portfolios**
  • **Technische Schnittstelle zu und Kooperation mit relevanten Fachabteilungen**
Dein Profil
  • **Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften**
  • **Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in einem Technologieunternehmen**
  • **Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich der mobilen Klima- und Heiztechnik**
  • **Routine in der Markt- und Kundenbetreuung, in der technischen Beratung von Kunden, in Kundentrainings, Garantieabwicklung**
  • **Erfahrung in der Koordinierung dringender Kundendiensteinsätze, auch international und unter Einbindung von Mitarbeitern**
  • **Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil**
