We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Digital Transformation Office as a working student. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to our company's digital initiatives.
The Role and Responsibilities
As a working student, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the optimization of digital processes and contributing to innovative solutions to support our company's digital transformation efforts.
- Providing project coordination and support, as well as working alongside colleagues to ensure the successful completion of ongoing projects.
- Setting up and executing change management activities to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- Acting as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Supporting the tracking of project progress, creating status reports, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining our company's SharePoint communication site to enhance internal communications.
- Assisting in conducting training sessions for colleagues on new digital tools and processes.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to enthusiastically tackle challenges and proactively seek solutions to successfully complete tasks.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams with diverse cultures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
