Join HARTING Electric Stiftung & Co. KG as a Global Industry Segment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global industry segment team. As a Global Industry Segment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable global market strategy, managing the markets Automation, Robotics and Machinery, and identifying additional growth areas within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global market strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage the markets Automation, Robotics and Machinery, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships
  • Identify additional growth areas within the market and develop a tailored go-to-market approach
  • Lead a high-performing global team of Industry Segment Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business objectives
  • Establish cross-divisional collaboration beyond departments and geographical regions to drive business growth and innovation
  • Drive a compelling solution and service offering to achieve above-average sales growth
  • Closely cooperate with Key Account Management to improve the in-house share
  • Ensure spot-on market- and application-specific communication measures
  • Represent the HARTING Technology Group in relevant committees and organizations
Requirements:
  • University degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA)
  • Long-standing professional experience in a similar position and industry
  • Experience in strategy development, budget planning, and business management
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership responsibility for international teams
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizations
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperation
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, open-minded, and hands-on personality
