Join Our Team as a Global Industry Segment Manager

HARTING Electric Stiftung & Co. KG is a leading international supplier of industrial connectivity, connecting customers to their digital future. As a Global Industry Segment Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sustainable global market strategy to drive business growth.
  • Manage the markets Automation, Robotics, and Machinery, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing tailored go-to-market approaches.
  • Lead a high-performing global team of Industry Segment Managers, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Establish cross-divisional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments and regions.
  • Drive a compelling solution and service offering to achieve above-average sales growth, closely cooperating with Key Account Management to improve in-house share.
  • Ensure spot-on market- and application-specific communication measures, representing the company in relevant committees and organizations.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA).
  • Long-standing professional experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Experience in strategy development, budget planning, and business management.
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership responsibility for international teams.
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German.
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperation.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, open-minded, and hands-on personality.
