Job Title: Head of Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security to join our team at EoT Labs. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in upholding the security of our products, from conceptual design to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our blockchain network and individual applications.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability studies to identify potential threats and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with our development team to integrate security practices seamlessly into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring security is an integral part of the development lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on cryptographic key management, encryption strategies, and secure coding practices.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive security roadmap, prioritizing the assessment and mitigation of security risks.
  • Develop and implement cohesive policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a positive security culture and risk management.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience as a security lead, with a proven track record of success in blockchain-specific security.
  • Deep knowledge of consensus algorithms, cryptographic security mechanisms, and smart contract security, with a focus on Polkadot, Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, and Binance ecosystems.
  • Experience in blockchain-specific incident response, threat intelligence, and real-time monitoring of network activities.
  • Proficiency in using blockchain analytics tools for security monitoring and forensics.
  • Prior work experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency fields, with a strong understanding of network security and secure coding practices.
