Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at the Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital transformation projects of globally leading companies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead comprehensive cybersecurity projects with clients, ensuring successful implementation of digital transformation processes.
- Manage external and internal teams on strategic projects, combining industry and IT knowledge to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments, analyze risks, and develop roadmaps to secure customer environments according to protection requirements.
- Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to protect clients' internal infrastructure.
- Coordinate teams during design, evaluation, and optimization of cybersecurity architectures, leading consultations at the highest level with clients and providing development impulses based on current market trends.
- Identify and manage potential topics for customer projects, working with your team to develop appropriate cybersecurity proposals.
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or a related field with an above-average grade.
- At least six years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the implementation of operational and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the area of cybersecurity.
- Experience in leading teams with project responsibility, including on the client side.
- Efficient resource planning and motivating staff leadership skills.
- Knowledge of all development steps of successful IT organizations and IT processes.
- Ability to plan IT initiatives and develop robust business cases.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a willingness to travel.
