Senior Account Executive for Commercial Property Insurance (m/w/d)

Your Future Responsibilities:
- Independent consulting and needs-based support for our commercial clients
- Designing and developing risk management concepts
- Conducting risk assessments
- Acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships
- Preparing, conducting, and evaluating regular annual meetings
- Confidently participating in claims management and processing
- Documenting consultations and managing client records
Your Profile:
- Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or equivalent qualification; degree in business, insurance, or a related field
- Proven experience in brokerage sales of composite insurance
- Experience in client management for corporate and business clients
- Strong customer and service orientation, even under pressure
- Team player
- Negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
