Deine Aufgaben:
  • Vertretung der Laborleitung in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten, einschließlich der Vorbereitung auf Audits und Inspektionen.
  • Serviere als Ansprechpartner für übergeordnete Projekte, Problemlösungen, Sonderuntersuchungen und Abweichungen.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien.
  • Durchführung der GMP-gerechten Prüfung von Monitoringdaten unter Verwendung der Global EM Monitoring Software sowie die Überprüfung der im Labor anfallenden Dokumente auf ihre Richtigkeit.
  • Erstellung von Validierungsplänen und -berichten bei der Einführung neuer Methoden und deren ordnungsgemäße Durchführung.
  • Unterstützung als Spezialist bei bereichsübergreifenden Validierungen.
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Abweichungen in englischer Sprache.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen für die Monitoring-Probenehmer am gesamten Standort.
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Ein naturwissenschaftlich orientierter Masterabschluss oder alternativ ein Bachelorabschluss mit erster Berufserfahrung, oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Biologielaborant*in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in mikrobiologischen Testmethoden sowie in der Arbeit im GMP-Umfeld und den gängigen internationalen Pharmakopöen (USP/EP/JP) und EN DIN-Normen im Bereich Monitoring.
  • Eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
