About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to join our User Engagement Platforms team at New Work SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines in the Marketing and Personalization area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on data platform usage and best practices
  • Develop and maintain user data models, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Maintain data integrations, audiences, and user journeys in our off-the-shelf solutions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Technology, handling CDPs, marketing automation software, and marketing tracking
  • Experience in maintaining user data models, designing data integrations, and implementing data quality assurance strategies
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to translate business demands into technical concepts
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and explain processes and insights in a simple and understandable way
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with engineers
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, particularly on a business and technical level
  • Good sense of humor and positive mindset, even in challenging situations
