About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our Service Center team at Freudenberg. As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Center Manager with all office and administrative tasks, including mail traffic and correspondence.
  • Support the Service Center Manager with correspondence within the Service Center, the Group, and with customers.
  • Be responsible for office organization and the filing system.
  • Manage flexitime and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare repair quotations according to the Service Center Manager's or AD's calculation.
  • Take over the entire order planning in SAP.
  • Carry out spare parts orders at the head office and from external companies via SAP.
  • Track deadlines for quotations, spare parts orders, external production, and orders.
  • Invoice and dispatch outgoing invoices.
  • Preliminary account assignment, checking, and dispatch of incoming invoices.
  • Process special tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training.
  • General IT knowledge.
  • Software knowledge, especially of the programs SAP, MS-Windows, and Excel.
  • Driving license class "B".
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
