Global Travel Management Internship Opportunity at Mercedes-Benz

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global Travel Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient processing of travel expense reports, optimizing cooperation with travel service providers and business partners, and handling various systems that support the booking process.
Key Responsibilities- Master daily operational tasks in the area of business travel
- Manage projects independently and support the team with your organizational skills
- Carry out data evaluations and analyses to continuously improve our processes
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials such as minutes, presentations, and one-pagers
- Drive process and cost optimization for flight, hotel, car rental, rail, and travel agency services
- A degree in tourism management, economics, or a comparable field
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MS Power BI and data analytics is a plus
- Initial experience in project and process management
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- An analytical mindset, quick comprehension, and a strategic way of working
