Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product and customer delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support new features and improve test efficiency.
- Work closely with system developers to reproduce and verify issues in the test environment.
- Enhance test automation frameworks to support new features and improve test efficiency.
- Develop and maintain requirement and test case traceability matrices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across different continents to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Escalate issues, concerns, and risks to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong self-reliance.
- Good attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and project management skills.
- Strong team player with a self-motivated and responsible attitude.
- Experience working in organizations using Agile/Scrum-based product development methodologies is preferred.
- Expert-level familiarity with Wiki-based tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage product planning and issue planning and resolution.
- Experience with Jenkins and other automation tools is a plus.
