Responsibilities in this Position:
ServiceNow is in search of dedicated and professional individuals to join our Support Account Management (SAM) Services team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, helping ServiceNow redefine workplace dynamics.
As a SAM, you will provide both proactive and reactive support, serving as the primary contact for all customer support inquiries. You will collaborate with a skilled team focused on a select group of high-profile clients, delivering top-notch service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting information effectively to all management levels, including C-Level executives.
- Utilizing industry-leading software tools to identify and mitigate potential service issues.
- Aligning ServiceNow applications with customer needs to deliver tangible business value.
- Conducting regular customer meetings to provide updates on ongoing cases and projects.
- Preparing summary reports, including monthly performance assessments and quarterly reviews.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and ServiceNow regarding upgrades and security requirements.
- Monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and implementing action plans when necessary.
- Promoting continuous improvement through trend analysis and collaboration with internal teams.
- Reviewing open cases and communicating priorities to ensure timely resolutions.
- Serving as an escalation point for critical customer issues.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with technical support teams.
- A solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) in enterprise settings.
- Comfort in engaging with all management levels.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes related to incident, problem, and release management.
