About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Category Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Indirect Procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing category management, strategic sourcing, and contracting for Corporate Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed spend analysis and benchmarking to create data-driven category strategies and sourcing activities.
- Align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value.
- Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh's international markets.
- Cultivate and manage close relationships with business partners to support their objectives and the company growth agenda.
- Act as the central point of contact for any Corporate Services related procurement questions.
- Design and maintain category reporting to senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Corporate/Professional Services procurement, or specifically procurement of Temporary Labour.
- Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in spend and market analyses as well as benchmarking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
- Demonstrated change management and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners.
- Strategic thinker yet focused on execution.
- Able to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Readiness to frequently travel nationally/abroad to our sites.
- Fluent business English, and German a plus.
