Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at the Cartier Boutique in Frankfurt Airport. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Selling high-end luxury goods from renowned brands like Cartier
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our national and international clientele
- Managing customer relationships and building long-term partnerships
- Participating in marketing events and campaigns to promote our products and services
- Performing administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer databases and preparing inventory
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed commercial education or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of digital sales and marketing tools
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility
- High reliability and service-oriented mindset
