Job Summary
The Sales Hunter will be responsible for initiating and coordinating ICT deals, from planning to contract closure. This includes developing commercial solutions and concepts in collaboration with the Deal Team and overseeing the overall management of the Selling Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations with primary customers during the deal phase and close ICT deals as a Deal Owner
- Responsible for processing complex tenders (national)
- Accountable for acquiring new projects within accounts and ensuring a high win rate
- Prepare and present ICT deals in all relevant boards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of the relevant field or a specialized additional education, as well as at least 5 years of experience in Sales/ICT Deals
- Excellent experience in classical and agile cooperation forms
- Outstanding experience in leading strategic projects
- Advanced CT knowledge (e.g. IoT Connectivity and IoT Solutions)
- Expertise in digital business models and customer requirements
- Advanced experience in creating offers
- Expert knowledge and several years of experience in new business acquisition
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (national)
- Very good German language skills (C3 level) and very good English language skills (C2 level)
