Projektmanager für Interior- und Retail Design

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der sich auf die Steuerung von Interior- und Retail Design-Projekten spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte ein außergewöhnliches Gespür für Marken und Kommunikation im Raum haben und Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Ladenbau-Projekten haben.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Bauleistungen innerhalb eines Gesamtprojekts von der Konzeption bis zur Produktion/Übergabe an den Kunden.
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Fachplaner und Gewerke.
  • Verantwortung für Terminplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Organisierung, Planung und Moderation von Meetings, Probeaufbauten usw.
  • Betreuung und Überwachung von Projekten in Kooperation mit Baufirmen auf der Baustelle.
  • Professioneller Umgang mit CAD-, Ausschreibungsprogramm und Adobe CS.
  • Vertretung von Projekten überzeugend und verantwortungsvoll gegenüber dem Kunden.
  • Stärkung des partnerschaftlichen Umgangs miteinander.
Anforderungen:
  • Erfahrung in den Themen Markeninszenierungen im Raum, Messe, Retail.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft und Lösungsorientiertheit.
  • Große Passion für aktuelle Trends, Innovationen, Marken und Kommunikation.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig ein Projektteam und den Kunden zu steuern, zu strukturieren und zu motivieren.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Architektur, Innenarchitektur oder vergleichbar mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation im Raum.
  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Projekten im Bereich Showrooms, Shops, Office, Retail- und Ladenbau, Festinstallationen, Innenausbau oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Baunormen/Gesetzlichen Bauvorschriften (DE + EU) und fundierte Kenntnisse der HOAI.
  • Hohes organisatorisches und technisch/konstruktives Verständnis.
  • Erfahrung mit der Planung und Umsetzung von Ladenbau von individualisierten Lösungen bis hin zur seriellen Modullösung für einen vielfachen Rollout.
  • Erfahrung in den Themen Markeninszenierungen im Raum und Retail.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
