About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to implement and configure software asset management tools for our customers' environments. As a Technical SAM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customers in operational tasks, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAM tools, data quality, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAM tools for customers' environments
- Support customers in operational tasks, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAM tools, data quality, and related processes
- Help customers solve tool issues, analyze errors and logs, and communicate with tool publisher support
- Collaborate with customers to implement best practices and continuously improve data quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAM/ITAM solutions such as Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow, etc.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting/query language (PowerShell, JavaScript, Rust, SQL, etc.)
- Curiosity, interest in development, and openness to learning new things
