Technical SAM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SAM Consultant to join our team at Crayon. As a Technical SAM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Software Asset Management (SAM) tools for our customers' environments. You will also support your colleagues in presales and sales activities, working with large enterprises to mid-size companies and tool partners.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and operation of SAM solutions
- Supporting customers in implementing best practices, continuously improving data quality
- Helping customers solve tool issues, analyzing errors and logs, communicating with tool publisher support
- Working with licensing consultants and other experts, delivering individual analytics and reports
- Learning new trends and tools, developing extensions and automation for existing tools
- 5+ years of working experience with SAM/ITAM solutions such as Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow etc.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting/query language (PowerShell, JavaScript, Rust, SQL, etc.)
- Certifications such as CSAM, CITAM, ITIL 4, and tool publisher certifications will be highly regarded
- You have the ability to listen, analyze, and structure customers' situations and challenges
- You are curious, interested in development, and open to learning new things processes, programming languages, etc.
