KVT Bielefeld is a forward-thinking company specializing in mechanical engineering, employing a dedicated team of 50 professionals. As a proud member of the global Dukane IAS network, headquartered in Illinois, USA, we contribute to a larger team of over 500 individuals.

Our primary focus is on delivering cutting-edge plastic welding machinery designed for the efficient joining of thermoplastics.

Position Overview
  • Establish and nurture new business connections within the B2B sector across Southern Germany.
  • Enhance and deepen relationships with our current clientele.
  • Prepare and monitor quotations while closely collaborating with our technical teams located in Bielefeld, USA, and Prague, CZ.
  • Develop marketing and sales materials tailored to our offerings.
  • Assist management in formulating marketing and business strategies specifically for the automotive and white goods industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and keep an eye on competitor activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing inquiries through to order fulfillment.
  • Strengthen existing customer ties while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultation and sell products within the realm of plastic joining technology.
  • Exceed customer expectations with innovative product solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with specialists, particularly colleagues based in Prague, CZ, and the USA.
Candidate Requirements
  • Established contacts and experience in plastic technology.
  • A degree or relevant training in a technical or business discipline.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong technical acumen paired with excellent communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity.
  • A confident, sales-driven personality with adept relationship management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Residing in Southern Germany or open to relocation.
