About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at ING Deutschland as a Customer Journey Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our payment solutions and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Customer-Centric Processes: Utilize your expertise to design, implement, test, and enhance new and existing procedures and product strategies to deliver exceptional customer journeys.
  • Market Analysis and Stakeholder Management: Conduct market trend analysis, analyze current processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and interfaces to drive business growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that customer satisfaction, regulatory requirements, and cost-effectiveness are prioritized in all product-related-value propositions and customer journeys.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive guidelines and documentation, establish requirements for reports, and evaluate customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with external partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with strong understanding of SME business and in-depth knowledge of traditional banking products in the SME/MidCorp segment.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of technical-operational structures, processes, and system architectures in card management systems and payment processes.
  • Project Management and Agile Methodologies: Solid project and process management skills, with experience in agile working methods.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Proactive, adaptable team player with excellent communication skills and a talent for building professional networks.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and English, written and spoken.
