Position Overview:
- Drive operational excellence for our clients, spearhead digital transformation initiatives, and facilitate the seamless implementation of new banking systems and solutions for major industry players.
- Engage directly in all phases of the project lifecycle, including functional analysis, requirements gathering, project scheduling, technical development, testing, and deployment, ensuring that project outcomes align with established objectives.
- Utilize strategic and analytical thinking to formulate recommendations that effectively address client challenges.
- Conduct collaborative workshops with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
- Assist clients in defining use cases and take responsibility for the configuration and development of functionalities within the Avaloq core banking system.
- Address and resolve complex issues encountered during testing and operational phases.
- Collect requirements related to the integration of new systems.
- Maintain close communication and direct interaction with our clients.
Candidate Profile:
- A Master's degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other analytical disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; prior experience in business analysis is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and German are essential.
- A keen interest in information technology, with programming knowledge or experience being beneficial.
- Previous experience in the banking, wealth management, or financial services sectors is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
