Lead In-House SAP BI Consultant

For a leading industry client based in Düsseldorf, we are currently searching for a highly skilled Lead In-House SAP BI Consultant to join our team at MAM Gruppe.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the central reporting and analytics workstream to drive project success throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Take charge of all business intelligence aspects, including data extraction, data modeling, and report generation.
  • Act as a technology advisor to workstream leads during template design and rollout processes.
  • Support the global process teams in enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Monitor the progress of the central workstream team, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Identify, define, and validate business requirements within the analytics and reporting area.
  • Facilitate key user engagement and enablement through active participation in fit/gap assessments, development, testing, and training stages.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly within business intelligence.
  • Proven experience in generating business insights and aiding data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, and SAC; additional knowledge of Datasphere is an asset.
  • Strong experience in managing stakeholders and working within rollout teams, with expertise in change management and testing.
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with a structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm for technology.
  • Fluency in German and English.
