Position: IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support.
  • Ensure seamless operation and effective assistance while implementing IT standards.
  • Administer, organize, and continuously develop the IT infrastructure serving over 800 users.
  • Participate in IT projects and take charge of specific sub-projects.
  • Assist in initiatives related to data protection and information security.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a relevant degree in computer science with substantial professional experience in IT.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking and wireless LAN.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, HCL Notes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with printer management solutions and ticketing systems.
  • Structured, independent work style with a strong service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of data protection and information security is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
