Rethink Wellbeing is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our mental resilience and productivity programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and iterate program content and facilitator training based on participant and facilitator feedback
- Manage the execution of program iterations and facilitators
- Create and test a 1:1 buddy version of the current program
- Oversee the product department and ensure seamless program delivery
- Support community building and research initiatives (optional)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in psychology or a related field
- A track record of high participant or client ratings
- Experience with group facilitation, treatment methods, and program development
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Bonus: experience with training facilitators, therapists, or coaches, and community building
