Mental Health Program Director

Our mission is to develop an integrative stepped-care system that combines peer training, accountability schemes, and evidence-based digital courses and workbooks.
Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to co-create, test, and run our second batch of programs in 2024, as well as train facilitators. This is a high-impact job opportunity that offers a chance to work with a great team and community, shape the future of our programs and organization, and enjoy flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Iterate and extend the current program content and facilitator training based on participant and facilitator feedback from the first batch.
- Manage the execution of the next program iteration and facilitators.
- Create and test a 1:1 buddy version of the current program.
- Oversee the product department.
- Support building the community of facilitators and participants (optional).
- Support research, such as a Randomized Controlled Trial (optional).
- Graduate degree in psychology/psychotherapy or a comparable field.
- Track record of exceptionally high participant or client ratings.
- Experience with group facilitation, treatment methods, and program development.
- English fluency at a C2 level.
- Bonus: experience with training facilitators, therapists, or coaches, and community building.
