Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our key account in Salzgitter, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain and develop business relationships with the key account, ensuring that customer needs are thoroughly understood and met.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including requirements analysis, technical support, project management, and post-delivery service.
• Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation and support, assist clients in resolving technical issues, and ensure high-quality delivery of products and services.
• Contract Management: Assist in drafting project contract terms, preparing and reviewing quotations to ensure that contracts and quotes align with company policies and customer requirements.
• Market Analysis: Collect customer feedback and market information, analyze customer needs and trends, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new product development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate across departments: Work closely with internal engineering teams, production departments, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• More than three years of end customer sales experience, non-standard automation equipment experience is preferred;
• Market sensitivity, rich experience in business negotiation, strong market development ability;
• Ability to accept a certain proportion of business trips, have a good sense of self-discipline, and have the ability to withstand pressure;
• Strong self-confidence and sense of responsibility, and certain overall management ability for customers;
• Good image and temperament, driver's license, Excel, PPT, Word proficient, Auto CAD familiar;
• Fluent in German and English.
