Store Director

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at NP-Markt 1088. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our store and overseeing the financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the store team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Optimize and design store layouts, merchandise, and promotions to drive sales
• Manage and motivate the team, plan staffing, and ensure excellent customer service
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain quality standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business or a related field preferred
